About My Work...

Painting for me is a combination of exploration and intuition. My goal is to harmonize the ideas and feelings that evolve in my mind and heart, using my skill, knowledge and hands to express it on paper or canvas. This is a lifelong journey; there is always more to discover.

Reflecting on 25+ years of painting, I see that vibrant colour is and has been a strong bias in my work that was present even in my earliest paintings. Colour is a gift to the human spirit

The work shown on this site is a brief representation of themes I have done or am doing but is by no means inclusive. Some of the works  are held in public and private collections. Others are still available for purchase. Direct inquires to Mary Nunn.
